What you'll bring

Who You Are:

We’re looking for detail-oriented tax professionals who meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30+ individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Passionate about helping clients understand tax complexities and maximize their returns
  • Comfortable using video and audio tools to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Must possess or obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required

What You Need:

  • A secure internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

What You Will Do:

As a Tax Associate , you will:

  • Assist customers in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products
  • Provide expert tax guidance, return preparation, and calculations
  • Respond to product and software inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Research and utilize government resources to ensure accurate tax assistance
  • Maintain customer confidentiality while documenting interactions accurately
  • Engage with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication platform
