Position: Systematic Equities Portfolio Manager

Location: New York, or flexible in the US

About the Role: As a Systematic Equities Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing trading strategies that generate consistent PnL with a Sharpe ratio of 1.5% or higher. Your strategies can range from intraday (minutes) to short-term (weeks) horizons. You will leverage the fund's robust infrastructure and resources to scale your business to $20 million+ PnL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systematic trading strategies in the equities market.
• Monitor and optimize portfolio performance to achieve target returns.
• Collaborate with the research and technology teams to enhance trading models and infrastructure.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable track record of generating PnL with a Sharpe ratio of 1.5%+.
• Experience with trading strategies ranging from minutes to weeks.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
