Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse functions, including warehouse system functions, inventory management, shipping, receiving, material handling activities, and general facility operations in compliance with company requirements of and regulations.
- Directing and coordinating comprehensive logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
- Developing and implementing logistics procedures and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervising warehouse operations to maintain inventory levels, product quality, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the logistics process.
- Lead warehouse staff and complete employee lifecycle functions, including but not limited to workload supervision and staff accountability, daily feedback coaching, performance reviews and any necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
- Assist with the implementation of WMS system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse supervision, packaging, and plastics.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard logistics software and systems.
- Prior experience with WMS systems.
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
