We’re a fast-paced, high-performing staffing agency known for exceptional service and real results. We’re looking for a Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers white-glove service, and loves being part of a collaborative, winning team.

THIS IS ONSITE JOB, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer stage
• Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
• Act with urgency to fill roles across clerical, industrial, and professional sectors
• Partner with our operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Consistently meet and exceed recruitment goals
• Communicate proactively to keep clients, candidates, and your team informed
• Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and care

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Exceptional customer service mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative spirit—we win together here 
• Strong computer and applicant tracking system (ATS) skills
