You will blend technical expertise with strategic vision to lead our risk and trading domain, pioneering solutions that enhance fan engagement and make sports passion more accessible. Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams to develop scalable, high-quality software solutions. Define requirements, provide estimates, and make decisions to improve efficiency and delivery. Resolve complex technical challenges, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. Drive architectural excellence and system performance. Improve operational processes and documentation, addressing code complexity and architecture. Contribute to technology and product strategy, influencing growth and innovation. Cultivate a learning environment and mentor team members. Participate in team planning, design discussions, and code reviews. Simplify code and address architectural deficiencies. Uphold engineering best practices and strategic principles. Develop industry and product knowledge to foster innovation. Collaborate with Product, Quants, and Engineering teams for timely delivery. Master in .NET technologies and promote best practices. Support operations through on-call rotations and occasional travel. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. Technical expertise in C#, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and SQL/NoSQL. Strong communication and analytical skills. Team-oriented with a passion for software engineering and innovation. Deep understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, TDD, BDD). Preferred Qualifications Interest or experience in sports betting. Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD). Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
