Experience in monitoring analyzing and resolving ABAP dumps and database locks. Experience in SAP kernel updates, SAP plug-in, landscape management, transports, printer setups and troubleshooting. Experience in creating SAP client copies and deletions. Experience in using SAP Solution Manager for overall system monitoring and central user administration. Ability in all areas of technical writing skills for information or infrastructure systems.
