Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr Mgr - eCommerce Solutions for an opportunity with a client located in Gardner, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Design Solutions: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance ecommerce architectures using platforms like WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom-built solutions
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction to development teams and ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of third-party applications, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, PIM, and other backend systems
• Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure optimal site speed and responsiveness
• Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact and project owner from IT, lead technical discovery sessions, ensure sign-off on all business requirements documentation, and ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals
• Security and Compliance: Ensure sites leverage security best practices, including PCI-DSS compliance, to protect customer data and prevent cyber threats
• Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in ecommerce, AI, personalization, and omnichannel strategies

Requirements:

• A degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field provides a strong foundation for e-commerce management
  
• Start with entry-level roles in e-commerce operations, such as an e-commerce assistant or
  
• Understanding how to optimize websites and content for search engines
  
• Analyzing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience
  
• Familiarize yourself with popular platforms like , , or
