Our Experience Design (XD) team creates innovative, inclusive digital experiences across various disciplines including product design, UX research, and content strategy. We aim to empower customers to achieve their financial goals through intuitive and safe digital platforms. We seek a Sr. Lead Experience Designer to lead our interdisciplinary team, shaping experience strategies, guiding project execution, and influencing organizational design standards. The role involves overseeing complex projects, mentoring designers, and driving innovation across our digital products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of top-tier digital experiences from concept to implementation. Apply diverse design skills across user experience and visual design to craft comprehensive solutions. Advise senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and vision. Guide multiple designers in developing design deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency. Analyze and synthesize data to inform design strategies, operating at scale across projects. Design for web, mobile web, and native apps, using testing to refine user journeys. Evaluate existing experiences and apply best practices and innovative frameworks. Organize critiques, mentor team members, and manage multiple programs effectively. Contribute to design standards, advocate for best practices, and lead with storytelling and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of multidisciplinary product design experience. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design expertise. Proven success in leading large digital projects across channels. Expertise in user-centered design, Agile, Lean UX, and Design Sprints. Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex programs. Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and Sketch. Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Experience in financial services or similar industry. Project management experience is a plus.
