Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An elementary school seeks experienced Special Education Teachers to support students with diverse learning needs. This opportunity includes two full-time and two part-time positions (4-hour days, 5 days a week) starting on August 14th, coinciding with the first day of school. Candidates should hold an EC-4 or EC-6 Certification, with EC-12 certification also considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special education needs.
• Serve as case manager for students with dyslexia, providing targeted instruction and support.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to create inclusive classroom environments.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Engage with parents and support teams to ensure effective communication and student success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid EC-4, EC-6, or EC-12 teaching certification.
• Previous experience teaching special education, with specific expertise in dyslexia instruction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage case loads effectively and provide individualized student support.

• This position is based in Seguin, Texas, within an elementary school setting.
