Join Our Team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families? At Carle Health, we’re looking for a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our primary care treatment team. In this role, you’ll provide essential psychosocial assessments, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and education, all while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

As an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and families, identifying emotional, social, and environmental strengths and challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans using effective social work interventions.
• Provide education and counseling to help patients and families adapt to their health situations.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and offer both individual and group therapy.
• Document findings and actions in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Facilitate support groups and community-based activities.
• Assist primary healthcare providers in recognizing and treating mental health disorders.
• Research and develop resources to meet the social and emotional needs of patients.
• Connect patients with relevant community resources.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• License/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Skills: Strong therapeutic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

The compensation range for this position is $26.34 - $43.99 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members.
