Social Media Monetization Coordinator

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including split shifts and weekends

Compensation: $14-16/hr + comprehensive monthly bonus structure

About the Role:

As a Social Media Monetization Coordinator, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to optimize the monetization of our clients' social media presence. You will work closely with a collaborative team to improve marketing efforts, boost sales, and maintain a consistent and compelling brand image. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can drive revenue through innovative social media strategies and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Monetization Strategies:

  • Develop and execute monetization strategies that align with each client's unique brand and audience.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for revenue generation, including sponsored content, affiliate marketing, and merchandise sales.

Content Creation and Writing:

  • Assist in creating and delivering monetizable content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Write engaging posts, stories, and responses that maintain brand voice and encourage audience interaction.

Audience Engagement:

  • Manage and respond to messages, comments, and notifications on clients' social media accounts.

  • Foster authentic conversations with fans to build loyalty and drive engagement.

Sales and Promotional Activities:

  • Utilize social media platforms to effectively promote sales and special campaigns.

  • Schedule and post updates and stories strategically to maximize reach and conversions.

Account Management:

  • Regularly update and manage social media accounts, ensuring all content aligns with monetization goals.

  • Maintain detailed records of fan interactions and other relevant data to inform strategy adjustments.

Research and Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media monetization.

  • Continuously research client profiles and preferences to tailor monetization strategies effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management or monetization.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their potential for revenue generation.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
