📲 Role Description: Part-Time Social Media Manager (📍On-Site – West Orange, NJ)

This is a part-time on-site role located in West Orange, NJ . As a Social Media Manager , you’ll be the voice and vibe of our clients’ brands. You’ll develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

🎯 Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each platform
• Create, edit, and schedule posts with optimized copy and visuals
• Monitor engagement and community interactions
• Track performance metrics and present insights
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
• Work with internal teams to align content with larger campaigns
✅ Qualifications
• 📱 Experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO (Social Media Optimization)
• ✍️ Strong writing and communication skills
• 🧩 Ability to build and execute multi-platform content strategies
• 🧠 Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret KPIs
• 🛠️ Proficient in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• 🤝 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• ⭐️ Experience in the marketing or digital marketing space is a plus
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
