As a  Call Center Representative at  BathWorks , you will play a crucial role in helping potential customers schedule free consultations for their homes. This on-site position offers a dynamic, upbeat environment with ongoing coaching to ensure you can keep up with the high volume of our flourishing customer base. This is not a cold-calling position; you will be handling both outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule free consultations and follow up on inquiries.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to offer appropriate service and product solutions.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information in the database while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues and objections by offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Reliable transportation to commute to the office and handle any necessary travel for the role.
