Senior Structural Engineer PE/SE
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Team. Successful candidates will have background in Structural Building Design with 5+ years of Engineering Consulting experience and will take a leadership role in the design, analysis, and execution of complex structural engineering projects including Commercial Building, Transportation/Bridges, Aerospace, and Industrial/Manufacturing Facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is Required
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • AutoCAD Proficiency (Revit experience preferred but not required.)
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection)
  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem‐solving, analytical skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Structures (Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Wood) // Code Analysis // Cranes, Gantry, Hoists // Shoring
  • Seismic Upgrades & Retrofits // Foundation Investigations, Load Tests, and Observations // Floor Evaluation
  • Emergency Roof Repair, Coordination, & Structural Support // Certification of Improvements // Structural Construction Observations
Duties:
  • Lead the structural design and analysis of a wide range of projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, industrial facilities, and more, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and codes. Familiarized with materials used such as wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and cold formed steel
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, reviewing their work and fostering their professional development.
  • Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules, ensuring project objectives are met and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements, present engineering solutions, and maintain client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct structural analysis, simulations, and evaluations to optimize designs for performance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all structural designs and calculations meet applicable local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in structural engineering design and documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.
