Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage and continuously improve key facilities processes

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies

• Launch and manage initiatives to improve/uphold facilities design & performance standards

• Manage our facilities team technology platform and continually seek improvement in features for staff and teachers

• Assist in project management of school opening planning and execution

• Analyze data trends to define key insights and lead proactive problem solving initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

• 5+ work experience

• 2 - 3 years of project management experience

• Willingness to travel (within Manhattan, BX, QE, BK) 20% of the time

The candidate must demonstrate competency in the following areas:

• Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

• Maintain high standards for quality of work product and has a high excellence bar for self and others

• Has experience building strong relationships and the ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization hierarchy

• Is a strategic thinker who can translate vision into action

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt and pivot quickly in a changing landscape

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00
