Role: Sr. Recruiter
Location: Tulsa
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 + $15,000-$25,000 Bonus Potential

Our client is in growth mode and they are looking to add to their recruiting team:
In this role, the Sr. Recruiter sources, recruits, interviews and manages the offer/onboarding process. This role will work directly with the companies hiring managers to complete job intakes, schedule interviews and interview feedback. 
The Sr. Recruiter will manage offers and the entire onboarding process. Owning the candidate experience.

What they are seeking:
- 3+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting and placing talent in a variety of roles. This company hires for roles in the shop (assembly, welding, machining, warehouse) and in the corporate office (accounting, project management, administrative) etc. 
- Prefers agency experience due to the process, pace and req volume of the role, however will consider recruiters who have similar experience at another corporate type role
- Computer savvy, comes with a strong foundation of MS Office products and is quick to learn new systems
- Team player, ready to jump in and make an impact
