Job Description

Job Description

A leading athleisure brand is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Marketing Manager to elevate and scale our marketing initiatives. Our company creates premium athleisure apparel that blends style, comfort, and performance for the modern consumer.

In this role, you will own full-funnel marketing strategy across awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You’ll lead channel execution, manage performance and lifecycle marketing, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the holistic marketing calendar, coordinating cross-functional alignment with product, creative, e-commerce, and retail teams.
  • Lead execution across owned channels: email, SMS, loyalty, and website initiatives—ensuring strong brand consistency and performance.
  • Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate channels; manage external agencies to optimize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Build and refine lifecycle marketing strategies that improve retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to shape messaging and campaign narratives that resonate with our athleisure audience.
  • Manage budgets and strategic partners, driving efficient and data-backed growth.
  • Lead and mentor team members while coordinating with external vendors to deliver integrated, on-time campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance, translate insights into actionable optimizations, and implement scalable processes across marketing operations.
  • Oversee influencer, community, and PR initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing within DTC, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing marketing teams or agencies (paid social, paid search, email/SMS, retention, etc.).
  • Proven success executing data-driven campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and customer loyalty.
  • Strong background in brand development, audience engagement, and lifecycle marketing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize continuously.
