Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the tech industry, is seeking a Senior Event Logistics Manager to join their team. As a Senior Event Logistics Manager, you will be part of the Events and Logistics team supporting high-profile VIP level events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Event Logistics Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $90,000

What's the Job?

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to align event objectives with organizational goals.
  • Identify, contract, and manage a network of reliable vendors for event-related services.
  • Direct the logistical aspects of events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and logistics, with a demonstrated track record of successful event execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Microsoft Office Suite).
