What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner closely with the Operations Chief of Staff to manage and execute high-priority initiatives
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support business cases and strategic planning
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
• Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance operational effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategic support roles
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to complete complex work efforts
• Experience presenting and communicating findings to various stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• DHA / VA / Government contract experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Military and/or VA experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including creating pivot tables and summarizing data
