What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Partner closely with the Operations Chief of Staff to manage and execute high-priority initiatives
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct in-depth analyses to support business cases and strategic planning
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance operational effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):

2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategic support roles
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office programs
Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to complete complex work efforts
Experience presenting and communicating findings to various stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

DHA / VA / Government contract experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Military and/or VA experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including creating pivot tables and summarizing data
