Responsibilities:
Run in-home or virtual consultations with qualified leads
Educate customers on ADT’s home security solutions
Close sales with professionalism and urgency
Schedule installations and ensure follow-through
Log all customer activity in CRM and follow up as needed
Represent the ADT brand with integrity and enthusiasm
✅ Qualifications:
1+ year of proven sales experience preferred (home security, solar, pest control, telecom, or similar a PLUS)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Familiar with CRM platforms (or willing to learn)
Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
Clean background
Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
