Crown is currently accepting applications for seasonal students during the 2025 summer break.

 

• Positions are available in: Light Assembly, Wire Harness, Electronic Assembly, Paint, Heavy Assembly, Maintenance, Shop Services, and Office Cleaning
• Positions are available on: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Positions are located in: New Bremen, Minster, Celina, and New Knoxville
• Pay is $16.00 for new hires and $16.50 for rehires

 

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have graduated high school
• Candidates must be enrolled in a college or university for fall 2025

 

 

Work Authorization:

 

Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
