About the Job Position: Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant

Expected hours: 40 /per week
Artbeat Studios, a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is looking for a reliable and hands-on Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant to support various departments in day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role that involves assisting in shipping and packaging, woodshop support, material pick-ups and deliveries, and helping with print finishing tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing shipments, including boxing, labeling, and organizing outbound packages.
- Build custom boxes or wooden crates for specialty shipments when required.
- Support the woodshop team in material handling, light fabrication tasks, and workspace upkeep.
- Pick up and drop off supplies, materials, or completed jobs using the company vehicle.
- Assist in print finishing tasks such as mounting, cutting, and assembling final printed materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and production areas.
- Help track and restock inventory of shipping and packaging supplies.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely job completion.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures in all areas of work.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general support across departments as needed.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
