++Role Name:++ ++Lead Scrum Master++ ++Location: Jersey City, NJ (on-site)++ Contract Only on W 2 We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile frameworks, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the scope, timeline, and delivery of multiple projects. Plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos. Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles to enhance team performance and maturity. Foster clear internal communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and customers. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs, refine requirements, and handle new requests. Proactively identify, resolve, and remove impediments that block team progress. Drive effective change management to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or tools. Maintain high quality standards and ensure sprint deliverables meet acceptance criteria. Guide teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity through continuous improvement and best practices. Build a positive and productive work environment where team members feel empowered and accountable. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Proven experience managing multiple teams and complex projects. Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
