Job Description Our client has a company-wide initiative to move to agile methodology. Since the beginning of this year, they have implemented 6-7 project teams, and they need a Scrum Master to come in and drive these projects. Since Agile is new for this client, this person is going to jump into these projects and need to pick up and hit the ground running. These teams are already in sprint, and they are not getting the results they need. The candidate will be in charge of facilitating daily stand-ups, grooming stories for the next sprint, driving 3-week sprints, and effectively communicating with all developers and stakeholders on the team. Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprints with development teams (internal and external vendors). Write scrum stories and execute scrum report cards. Provide mentoring to team members and offer feedback and areas of improvement. Participate in organizational change necessary to align resources with their new agile roles. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with and communicate with several development teams and business stakeholders.
