Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PP / QM AMS Resource As an SAP S/4HANA PP / QM AMS resource, you will design, build, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and requirements. You are experienced in SAP S/4HANA for (PP, QM) – roadmap, implementation, upgrade, migrations, and support project(s). You will be able to troubleshoot the client’s issue and work with them to resolve the issue involving either system changes or training. Furthermore, advising and advocating leading practices is key for our client’s success in being high performers. Responsibilities: Documented SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM) experience. SAP S/4HANA Certification will be an advantage. Capable of assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Experienced with analyzing the (PP, QM) processes in an organization and designing its processes and systems based on S/4HANA processes and functionality. Documented project experience in at least two full S/4HANA project lifecycles from planning to configuration through go-live. Leads Fit2Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps. Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirements; develops solutions and workarounds to address potential gaps. Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration, and potential extensibility. Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights. Identification of improvement potentials in continuous operations. Design of operations procedures. Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area. Experience with FIORI Apps, Analytics, and Query browser within (PP, QM). Proven ability to assess the business model and its integration with technology. Documented experience in AMS support for PP / QM. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Good understanding of cross-functional integration and how to apply leading practices with an industry (Life Science, CPG, High Tech Manufacturing) and context focus. Qualifications: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience from consultancy company will be an advantage. Target Metrics: Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 – 15 years. SAP Experience: Minimum 7 – 10 years. SAP Full Implementation Life Cycles: Minimum 3-5. S/4HANA Experience: Minimum of one full S/4HANA project with proven use and knowledge of SAP FIORI Apps, Analytics, Query Browser.
