MCDATM Associates, is expanding our operations and are looking for interested individuals to fill a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate will be tasked with working closely with new clients to understand their benefit needs and provide solutions based on our products and services.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new leads through calling warm leads and online sales strategies.
• Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Motivated and a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times.

First Year Potential Income: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
• Commission pay
