Position Overview : The Safety Officer oversees safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the construction project. They conduct regular safety audits and ensure all workers adhere to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and enforce safety policies on-site.
• Conduct safety audits and provide reports on findings.
• Train construction teams on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Ensure the project complies with OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• OSHA certification (30-hour course).
• 3-5 years of experience in construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proficiency in safety management software.
