Position Overview : The Safety Officer oversees safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the construction project. They conduct regular safety audits and ensure all workers adhere to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and enforce safety policies on-site.
Conduct safety audits and provide reports on findings.
Train construction teams on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Ensure the project complies with OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications :

OSHA certification (30-hour course).
3-5 years of experience in construction safety.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proficiency in safety management software.
