We are seeking a SAFe Scrum Master to lead agile development teams and ensure adherence to the principles of the Scrum Framework. This role involves coordinating sprint activities, facilitating daily stand-ups, and guiding teams through agile processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities Coordinate agile development teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Guide teams through timeboxed iterations (sprints) and track progress effectively. Interpret and apply Scrum principles to varied work assignments, often requiring independent judgment. Align team activities with organizational strategy and operating objectives. Make decisions regarding work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations, following established procedures. Foster continuous improvement and collaboration across multi-team environments. Required Qualifications Up to 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong communication and leadership skills. High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in team settings. Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or familiarity with Agile methodologies. Passion for contributing to initiatives focused on improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Background in insurance operations. Ability to create and manage technical documentation. Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
