Job Details:

Starting Pay $21/hr plus $2.00 shift premium

Schedule Monday - Friday 6pm - 3 am

o To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture

o Receive training as required

o Perform various positions as required/assigned

Description

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

This position is accountable for monitoring and product throughout the processing phase. This individual will maintain communication with receiving/preparation, floor operators, grinding room, and loadout to coordinate equipment adjustments as needed. Must have legible handwriting and computer experience preferred. Must be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.

**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.  

** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork 

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud .

Location does not consider rehires.

Requirement:

Must have 3 months of working history with one employer listed on the application. Prefer 3 months of operator experience.
