Job Title: Roofing Consultant

Location: Remote / Field-Based (Targeting Residential and Commercial Properties)

Job Type: Commission-Based / Independent Contractor

Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Project Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting property owners, storm damage, and coordinating with insurance adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the residential areas.
  • Build initial rapport and introduce our company and services.
  • Set up warm introductions between the prospect and our sales representatives.
  • Focus on relationship-building and trust to create future lead opportunities.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based: Earn a percentage based on the gross of the job .
  • Receive ongoing royalties for any future work performed with clients you introduced— even after the initial introduction .
  • Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident in approaching and speaking with homeowners and decision-makers.
  • Experience in door-to-door sales, property management, or construction-related industries is a plus.
