About the Role
We are seeking 1099 independent contractors for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Will County and DuPage County, Illinois. Work with a reputable, growing company that values quality workmanship and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Roofing installation and repair
• Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair
• Roof inspections and siding work
• Adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols

Requirements

• Experienced crews in roofing, siding, and gutter services
• Must have own tools, reliable transportation and ability to work independently
• Carry General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, and Auto Insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Drug screening and criminal background check required
