What You'll Do as an RN Nursing Education & Services Specialist:

• Provide medical services to expectant mothers in accordance with licensure, training, and established protocols and guidelines.
• Explain medical consent forms, answer questions, and document all patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients on pregnancy options, STIs, and related health topics; offer appropriate referrals.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director for clinical supervision, consultation, and guidance.
• Support & train medical staff and volunteers, serving as a chaperone or mentor when needed.
• Develop & deliver educational materials and opportunities for patients to encourage continued support.
• Lead prayer and devotions with staff and volunteers at the beginning of Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) shifts in keeping with the ministry's mission.
• Oversee clinic and MMU operations to ensure safety, compliance, and consistent quality of care.
• Implement & monitor clinic policies in accordance with OSHA, infection control, and privacy standards.
• Work part-time, 24 hours per week – 3 eight-hour shifts (no weekends).

Our Ideal RN Nursing Education & Services Specialist:

• Experienced: Holds active RN licensure with at least 2 years of obstetric experience preferred. Prior experience in limited OB sonography or willingness to complete paid certification upon hire required.
• Educated: RN, BSN, or APRN required, with CPR certification and commitment to maintaining continuing education and additional certifications as needed.
• Pro-life & Compassionate: Supports life-honoring care for women and unborn children, demonstrating compassion, respect, and genuine concern for each patient.
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with maternal and child health practices, including obstetrics care and basic computer documentation.
• Faith-driven: Shares the ministry's mission to represent Christ's love and truth in every interaction.
• Active: Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods.
