If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Host/Hostess. Host/Hostess are the first impressions of the Club's Restaurant, Host/Hostess are empowered to ensure each member/guest has a great dining experience.

Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.

What will be expected of you:

• Be active in continuous learning of steps of service, food and beverage knowledge
• Host/Hostess improves the dining experience through good leadership skills, a hands-on approach, a positive and proactive attitude
• Work in multiple outlets, which offer different dining experiences
• Greet every member and guest with a smile, escort members/guests to tables
• Maintain courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle requests and assist the restaurant team members
• Empowered to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
• Full-time or part-time, please share your availability with us on your application.

How we determine your qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Passion for service and obsession with organization
