Walbunn Tech Pro, a leading technology company based in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
As the Remote Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business activities. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive team's calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
