About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, managing the IV Therapy program, and supporting longevity medicine visits. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about preventive health, lifestyle optimization, and creating high-touch patient experiences.

You’ll work closely with physicians, health coaches, and trainers to design and deliver holistic care plans that integrate medical science with lifestyle strategies—helping patients feel their best and live their longest, healthiest lives.

Key Responsibilities

IV Therapy & Clinical Support

• Manage and operate the IV Therapy program, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Administer IV therapy and other clinical treatments.
• Educate patients on the benefits and protocols of IV therapy in relation to longevity and wellness.
• Monitor and track patient outcomes, adjusting protocols as needed.

Patient Care & Coaching

• Provide clinical support for longevity medicine visits, including patient assessments, follow-ups, and wellness coaching.
• Develop personalized care plans that align with each patient’s unique health goals.
• Deliver concierge-level service and foster strong patient relationships.
• Educate patients on preventive health, nutrition, and fitness to promote sustainable wellness.
• Assist with executive-style physicals and interpretation of lab results.

Collaboration & Care Planning

• Partner with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, and trainers to design integrated care plans.
• Coordinate care across disciplines, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists when needed (e.g., endocrinology, dermatology, functional medicine).

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN license and clinical experience in a wellness, concierge, or outpatient care setting.
• Passion for preventive medicine, wellness, and lifestyle-based care.
• Exceptional communication and patient-relationship skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
