The team advises a broad client base of alternative asset managers seeking to capitalize on retail market opportunities through the structuring, launch, and ongoing operations of BDCs and other investment vehicles. With significant room for growth, this group offers strong progression prospects in a rapidly evolving market, along with exposure to top-tier work.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in registered investment funds. Exposure to BDCs is preferred; however, candidates with broader experience across the ’40 Act, ETFs, mutual funds, op-co structures, and other registered products are also encouraged to apply.
