This is a part-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 1 to 5 PM.

How You'll Make An Impact

Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance. Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages. Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials. Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data. Other duties as assigned.

Required: High school diploma; no experience required. Preferred: Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills highly desirable.
