What You'll Do:

  • Show Properties: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers. Provide detailed information about each property, including features, amenities, and neighborhood details.
  • Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Research and Knowledge: Stay updated on the local real estate market, trends, and new listings. Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Administrative Support: Help prepare paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our real estate agents and administrative team. Share insights and feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain Records: Use our CRM system to record client interactions, update property information, and keep detailed records of showings and client feedback.
  • Professional Development: Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to improve your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.

Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Qualifications:
  • Driving: Willing to spend a lot of time driving. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Tech Skills: Ability to quickly learn and use real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Real Estate License: Must have or be working towards obtaining a real estate license. (We can help with the costs! Ask for details.)
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate and work closely with team members.
