We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform various activities including clerical, reporting, database management, preparation of reports, presentation materials, and administrative functions to drive company success. Candidate can be full-time, intern or contract.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support Service for Project Manager
- Manage Project Management Trackers, draft correspondences, and other formal and legal documents
- Plan, organize and schedule appointments and events
- Excellent phone skills, presentation, and public speaking
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to various project sites and jurisdictions to complete project-related errands
- Design Presentation Documents, Land Use, Zoning Applications, and Building Permits
- Scan, File, and Organize Project Files
- Perform all other office tasks including database updates and project reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (Legal, Real Estate)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Earth, and other Mapping Platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Highly motivated and accountable
- Self-directed, quick learner, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
