This position is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Services department in their oversight of the Company’s real estate portfolio, from acquisition through to disposition, updating and maintaining property and financial data, property documents, and department reporting processes. Essential Job Accountabilities include supporting the Director in managing the owned-leased real estate portfolio, reviewing and maintaining property and financial data integrity, generating compliance reports, procuring property valuations, managing lease agreement compliance, assisting with real property leases and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, supporting real estate transactions and business objectives, preparing internal presentations on real estate initiatives, and developing financial analysis for management decisions. Education required is a Bachelor’s degree. Work experience required is 3-5 years of progressive real estate, finance, or project management experience, with 1+ years of real estate asset/property management experience preferred. Skills include project management, strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills, ability to work independently, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and teamwork in a matrix environment. Physical demands include regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, computer use, occasional reaching and lifting up to 10 pounds, and specific vision abilities. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license and occasional travel.
