**Intern Co Op**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
+ Supporting various departmental initiatives related to data analytics, tool implementation and process improvement initiatives while suggesting areas of improvement, where needed;
+ General administrative support to the Technical Publications, Regulatory Affairs and Operational Excellence teams
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Enrollment in a Full-Time Bachelors degree program studying Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or a related field at an accredited US college or University; with the completion of Sophomore year of undergraduate studies in a Scientific related field;
+ Be a full-time continuing student (i.e. enrolled in school for the next term);
+ Have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher;
+ Be able to work full time (40 hours per week);
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US;
+ Strong written and communication skills;
+ Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to interact with and establish good working relationships with diverse individuals;
+ Advanced PC skills; experience with using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint;
+ Strong written and oral communication skills;
+ Detail-oriented and well organized;
+ Motivated to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
