Founded in 1988, Child Development Schools is headquartered in Austin, TX operating over 260 childcare centers in 11 states. Our three early childhood education brands are Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Business Partner us to join our dynamic team!

The Quality Business Partner is responsible for managing and providing professional consultation to child day care centers licensees and applicants regarding program operations, professional services, and staff development to improve the quality of services.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager or similar position; at least 2 years of childcare management experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations, State QRIS and /or national ECE accreditation programs
• Proven ability to be self-motivated with a high degree of self-discipline
• Ability to lead and develop others
• Focused on details and ability to meet deadlines
• Considerable knowledge of theories, practices and principles of child development as related to child care services that include the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children
• Strong knowledge of early childhood industry processes and regulations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizations skills

• Recommend and implement strategies for moving from basic compliance to aspirational quality
• Recommend policies to address frequent non-compliances across the company and uniquely in each
• Recommend changes and improvements in child day care center programs to maximize the enrichment and development of the children attending the facility
• Interpret statutory and administrative rule requirements for licensing
• Cite rule violations and sets time limits for compliance
