Milhaus Summer Internship Experience Spend your summer with us! The Milhaus Summer Internship Experience is an 8-12 week program designed to give future professionals meaningful workplace experience. Our program is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to our executive team, a collaborative group project as well as fun outings & activities. By interning with us at our downtown Indy corporate office or at one of our properties, you'll be provided the opportunity to kick-start your career by learning from industry leaders and be a part of a team that truly makes a difference.
Position Summary The Property Management Intern assists the Property Management staff onsite at Milhaus properties. This opportunity provides exposure to all functions of property support including maintenance, leasing, and overall management with industry professionals. The Property Management Intern will be expected to attend staff meeting, perform leasing duties, and participate in the corporate internship program.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities - Assist team with move-ins and move-outs
- Build rapport with tenants through exceptional customer service
- Attend staff meetings and property events
- Provide daily operation support
- Assist with resident retention and marketing initiatives
- Follow-up with leads
- Lead property tours
Requirements
•Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management or related field
•Strong desire to learn
•Excellent customer services skills
•Keen attention to detail
•Enthusiasm for industry and Milhaus brand
•Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
