AECOM is seeking to hire a Project Manager IV to support our exciting project in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients through flawless project execution.
• Consistently achieve planned profit margins.
• Complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
• Handle more complex clients and projects.
• Make decisions and guide other Project Managers in risk recognition and mitigation.
• Direct staff to operate efficiently and minimize claims exposure.
• Supervise and direct Project Managers overseeing multiple projects or programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Professional Engineer license with ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not already licensed in California.
• Proactive communication and leadership skills for departmental management.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and client relations.
• Project management experience with small to medium highway projects, covering all aspects of project development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
