Role Overview

The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Review specifications, drawings, and bid documents; prepare proposals for hard bids and negotiated projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; maintain RFIs and Change Order logs.
• Negotiate and execute subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Track costs, materials, and production; communicate scope or schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Promote and enforce safety policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience is required.
• 5+ years experience within the construction industry is required.
• Construction Management degree or Business Project Management Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and project management software is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
