Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to track a range of projects from business initiatives to highly complex transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for a range of project types, defining key milestones and timelines.
* Risk Management: Ensure potential risks to project timelines are identified and included in the project plans.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
* Collaboration: Develop a cadence to collaborate with all program and project owners to ensure project tracking is timely, accurate and reflects all changes.
* Reporting: Prepare and present project tracking reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risk, and status on key deliverables
* Responsive: Operate in a fast-paced environment and be highly responsive with short turnaround times.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
* Prior experience in a consulting environment preferred
* Strong knowledge project management planning and tracking
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
