As a Production Scheduler, you will support the WPB Fulfillment team at our New Stanton, PA facility. The New Stanton site works on projects to bolster plant safety and reliability by providing the instrumentation and control, mechanical, and electro-mechanical products and services that our customers require. In this role, you will develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to ensure agreement on our goals and customer demands. You will coordinate with multiple departments to improve resource use and support long-term production planning.

You will report to the Manager of I&C and Electrical Products and be located at the New Stanton facility. This position is eligible for a mobile working arrangement and is expected on site 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the master production schedule (MPS) to balance production capacity with demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with management and different departments (e.g., production, procurement, sales) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and make informed long-term planning decisions.
  • Monitor and adjust the master schedule to address changes in demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate schedule updates to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the master schedule supports inventory management and customer delivery commitments.
  • Present regular reports on production status, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with production planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Proficiency in production planning software.
  • Experience with SAP.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $54,000.00 to $67,500.00 per year.
