Position is a first shift, offering a flexible 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off

Operations: Our Operations employees turn innovative engineering designs into real solutions to meet our customers' needs. Performs complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems.

Performs complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems.

Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices.

Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

Performs tasks of lower level solder assembler job descriptions as needed.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Preferred Skills and Education

Knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620 Standards.
Excels in Solder Operations for mico and macro electronic components.
