Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant who will also serve as an Executive Assistant to the Company Director. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in both creative production and high-level business operations within the Web3 and Blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Assist in coordinating and executing video shoots, photo sessions, and digital content creation
• Support post-production workflows including file management and basic editing tasks
• Help manage equipment inventory and maintain production gear
• Coordinate with clients and team members during production projects
• Assist in organizing and archiving media assets
• Support social media content creation and scheduling

Executive Assistant Duties

• Manage the Company Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
• Handle sensitive communications and documentation
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
• Support event planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in production assistance or executive support roles
• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Basic understanding of media production software and workflows
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystem
• Event planning experience
• Social media management experience
• Project management skills

Location & Schedule

• Full-time, in-person position

• Standard business hours
• Competitive hourly rate: $20-30 per hour (Based on experience)
