Description of the Role:
We are currently hiring PRN Caregivers PCA/CNA/HHA for immediate start at Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our senior clients in Conyers, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices if necessary
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a PCA, CNA, or HHA
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Compassionate and patient with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care services to seniors in their homes
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Aid in medication reminders and help with meal preparation
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow the care plan as directed by the client's healthcare team
- Maintain accurate records and document any changes in client's condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be a certified PCA/CNA/HHA in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
